Gold embossed instead of clear and sponged 3 colors  onto my background

Leena

I embossed with gold and then removed the die cut banner and replaced it with a dry embossed one in Gold Foil.

Terria

I used a embossing folder with paper pieces and added some premade embossed embellishments.

More Sunburst Inspiration

Did you check out our Sunburst Challenge going on these two weeks. It is so fun to see the sun shining out there.

One of our DT Pam  had a great card for the challenge with a washi tape Sunburst card.

How can you not love those bright colors on the card and the washi lends it self so well.

Want to join our bi-weekly challenge- go post your creation here. Challenge close the Friday before the next challenge which is going to be puzzling!

Thanks for joining us!

Twisted Challenge 16: Sunburst Technique

Thanks for joining us again at The Technique Twist!

We like to push the boundaries & take things to the next level here at the TTC & today's challenge is all about letting the sun shine especially with most everyone in the deep freeze!  We're talking about the Sunburst Technique!  I found a great tutorial on YouTube that I have attached.

Also we are making some changes this week at the Technique Twist. Julz, our wonderful administrator is stepping down and I (Becky) am taking over in order to continue bringing that twist to everyone!

Let's see what the Fabulous Design Team has for us today!

Becky

I love real paper but I also love to digital scrapbook and thought what fun a digital page would be using the sunburst!

Leena

I decided to make my startburst the focal point of my card, rather than hiding it in the background.

Terria

The sunburst technique is so much fun and colorful with paper. So I thought it would be different or twisted to make  my sunburst using some gemstones and rhinestones, with pearls .
