More Partial Die Cutting and Top Fringe

So if you follow you noticed we only had one DT member last week. It is the end of the summer,school is starting and it is so busy. I found a moment to create a partial die cut and wellI admit I cheated on it. My first attempt was horrible so I faked it which was my twist on it this week.
